Desktop Support Executive* Govt [Entry Level]

We are supporting a public sector IT services project and are looking for an IT Device & Asset Support Executive to manage and support end-user laptops and IT equipment. This role is hands-on and operational, involving device deployment, asset tracking, and Level 2 technical support in a structured, governance-driven environment.

• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hour: Mon - Fri, Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $3k + Bonus + Comprehensive Medical Plan + Leave Benefits
• Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of laptops and IT devices, including receiving, provisioning, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Perform stock receiving, asset tagging, inventory checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Support device deployment via automated or self-service lockers, including device preparation and retrieval.
• Coordinate transportation of laptops and IT assets between offices and designated locations.
• Administer endpoint and device management platforms to ensure security and compliance.
• Provide Level 2 support for device-related incidents and service requests (hardware, OS, connectivity).
• Maintain deployment logs, asset documentation, and records for audit and governance purposes.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on repairs, replacements, and warranty matters.

Requirements: 

• Singaporean only
• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiar with device issuance, asset tracking, and end-user support
