Desktop Engineer

Our client is looking for a dedicated Desktop / IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support in a highly sensitive and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 to Level 3 IT support (helpdesk and on-site)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
• Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets
• Support daily IT operations and infrastructure tasks
• Assist in new system rollouts and project implementations
• Prepare basic documentation and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
• Conduct basic equipment and electrical safety checks

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or related field
• At least 2 years of IT support experience
• Experience handling L1–L3 support
• Good communication skills (English and Mandarin preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Able to work in a confidential and security-focused environment

Technical Skills (Preferred)

• Windows 7/10 and Microsoft 365 support
• Apple macOS troubleshooting
• LAN/WAN networking basics
• Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
• Exposure to servers, infrastructure, and basic networking concepts

Certifications (Good to Have)

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Server+
• CompTIA Security+
• CompTIA Linux+
• MCSA or Microsoft certifications
• Apple macOS certifications
