Deputy Director (Procurement – Construction & Facilities Management)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
• Develop and execute category strategies to optimise cost and performance
• Advise stakeholders on procurement planning and contract governance
• Oversee tender processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage post-award contracts to ensure successful execution
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement systems and frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of procurement experience, with 5+ years in leadership
• Strong background in construction/building/FM procurement
• Knowledge of government procurement procedures preferred
• Familiar with GeBIZ and GMC systems (advantageous)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management & analytical skills
• High integrity and governance mindset
