Data Center Support Engineer

Working hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours
Working location: West

• Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, and fire suppression systems, and perform regular environmental checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve facility and infrastructure issues, and support equipment installation and decommissioning.
• Ensure proper cable management, facility organisation, cleanliness, and operational readiness at all times.
• Monitor and manage access control systems and CCTV operations.
• Handle visitor access, maintain security logs, and ensure compliance with physical security policies.
• Identify, report, and escalate security incidents or anomalies promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a data centre, IT infrastructure, or facilities operations environment.
• Working experience with data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, and fire suppression systems.
• Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and security procedures.
• Ability to perform routine checks and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders.
