Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team to analyse, visualize, and translate complex datasets into strategic business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to understand and prioritize analytical needs, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key business metrics and performance trends
• Transform complex datasets into clear, impactful visualisations
• Deliver actionable, data-backed insights to workstream leads to support strategic planning and informed decision-making

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in programme management
• High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Excel)
• Experience with a programming language for data analysis, such as Python, is highly desirable/preferred
• Professional certification in data analytics would be a distinct advantage
