Customer Service Officer - Office Hours

No Experience Required – Training Provided
5 Days work week

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Attend to and manage enquiries in person/over the counter, and kiosk.
• Handle general enquiries, manage complaints and feedback.
• Routing resolve concern, and escalate cases if required.
• Ensure seamless experience, and other ad-hoc as required

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum O/A/H.Nitec/Diploma in any field or its equivalent
