Customer Service Executive

• Entry-level position; training provided!
• Temporary role (January 2026 to February 2026, with possible monthly extensions)
• Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.45 pm, Friday -8.30am to 5.30pm
• Multiple work locations available: Bishan / Maxwell / Tampines / Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person customer support by handling enquiries, issues, and transactions
• Deliver accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience
• Take on additional tasks when required and adapt to changing work demands     

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Strong active listening skills
• Ability to remain professional and provide positive service in high-pressure situations
• Willingness and ability to stand for extended periods during working hours
