Customer Relations Executive (Public Agency)

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to assist and support in the Nationwide invoicing network.

• Contract Period: 11 months
• Working hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries on InvoiceNow via multiple channels (phone, email)
• Process customer requests and complaints in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Provide support on admin tasks and event
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve customer's escalations

Requirements:

• Degree in any field of study
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages beneficial)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Familiar with some form of technical area (e.g. ICT)
