Corporate Communications Executive

• Monday to Friday, Office hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with IT to pilot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to streamline administrative workflows and preparation for official visits
• Develop and maintain a prompt library for automation and Gen-AI tools to enhance communications efficiency
• Support the review and enhancement of the corporate website
• Assist in the ongoing revamp and content management of the company intranet
• Support internal communications channels, including content creation, banner design, and publishing of announcements

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in any discipline
• Prior relevant working experience is advantageous
