Corporate Associate

Kelvin Chia Partnership is a medium-sized law firm headquartered in Singapore with a regional presence in South East Asia. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Singapore-qualified lawyers to join us in the Corporate department.

• 2 - 3 years PQE with M&A & General Corp/Commercial experience (both transactional & advisory)

Strong communication skills in spoken Mandarin (and written Chinese) would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
