• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: up to $4,300 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

We are looking for a flexible candidate who have interest and would like to learn in-depth on supply chain.
➤ Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
➤ Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
➤ Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
*May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
➤Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
➤Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Job Requirement

➤ 1. Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

➤ 2.candidate who possess the following skills:

a. Teamwork

b. Communication skills

c. Time management and accuracy

d. Problem solving

e. Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)

f. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

➤ 3. Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime occasionally and overseas travel.
➤ 4. Candidate must have experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export)
➤ 5. Candidate must have knowledge and experience in using incoterms.
