Content Strategist

What You Will Be Working On

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to support the team in developing, governing, and maintaining content across product and development portals.

Design, content, and user experience are core to our work. You will be responsible for shaping how users discover problems, understand options, and take meaningful next steps through clear, thoughtful, and user-centred content.

This role requires the ability to transform complex information into intuitive, usable experiences. You will apply your knowledge of the UX process — including research, conceptual design, prototyping, and testing — while collaborating closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of content for business and customer-facing digital product experiences.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, while actively seeking and incorporating feedback from senior UX leaders and managers.

• Advocate for user needs by continuously improving content to enhance comprehension, product adoption, and issue resolution.

• Guide users through complex journeys using precise, empathetic language and clear wording choices.

• Solve complex content and information architecture challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing to a cohesive design ecosystem.

• Identify opportunities to improve navigation, content structure, data presentation, and page elements to create simpler and more delightful user experiences.

• Mentor and support team members on content strategy, UX writing, and best practices.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards, including writing for screen readers and inclusive digital experiences.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving technology environment.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Strong interest in staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with business requirements gathering, site assessments, competitive analysis, and secondary research.

• An inclusive design mindset with a strong editorial and content governance sensibility.

• Sound judgement in gathering feedback, knowing when to iterate and when to stand by a well-reasoned design decision.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in digital content creation, UX writing, or content strategy.
