Company Driver | (1 year renewable contract)

* Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30am

* Location: Harbourfront

* Basic + OT + Flexi benefits + Completion bonus

Our Client is a European MNC in the Automotive Industry

Responsibilities:

• Engagement of temp driver during the period inclusive of dealer/importer visits, management attending events and media or car launch events that require showcase of VIP luxury drive. 

• Driving to Malaysia for our events which are not accessible by flight.

• Assist fleet management in transfer of company cars for launch, events, motorshows, dealerships.

• Maximize time efficiency when overseas VIP or AG senior management for short but intense programs.

• Chauffeur Top Management as assigned.

• Ensure the main MD vehicle is well maintained and clean at all times.

• Upkeep of the MD & other assigned vehicles, including top-up petrol (or full charging for EV cars), cash-card top-up & regular maintenance servicing, switching of the cars from dealerships as assigned.

• Driving company staff, pick up HQ guests/visitors/partners, or items for business-related events, meetings, airport transfers, errands etc as required.

• When required, drive various company vehicles to & from dealerships (including customer test drives, repairs, maintenance, switch of cars, events etc).

• Daily pick-up of office mails at the letterbox

• Assisting car fleet specialist with physical submission of LTA documents for car renewal at the LTA office periodically & other tasks as assigned.

• Upkeep proper records of Overtime details, business-related receipts

• Follow and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
