About this team

You live and breathe the lululemon brand, and are an inspirational leader to the organization. The community team drives the local strategy and builds a plan that comprises broad and deep tactics to accelerate growth and long-term brand love and are best in the world at building relationships, online to offline tactics and delivery of KPIs.

A day in the life

· Build out and oversee South East Asia Ambassador program strategy and operations taking into account the South East Asia Business objectives and Global Ambassador & Sports Marketing framework

· Develop pipeline and collaborate with cities and local community to identify the top talent in market. Maintain successful brand relationships with Ambassadors, Athletes and KOLs

· Create and execute events and brand partnerships around key brand moments

· Support market growth and category expansion as well as successful new store openings by creating sustainable and strategic community plans

· Manage Community Foundations including all Community Initiatives & Programs

Qualifications

· 5-8 years relevant experience in the marketing field with a high profile, globally branded organization

· Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business in a matrix environment

· Capacity to work effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships, be diplomatic, and exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of the dynamics of a complex organization

· Effective written and communication skills. (Thai language is a plus)

· Sports Marketing or influencer marketing experience is a plus

· Ability to balance fun, innovation and bottom line business needs
