Community Assistant

• Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5 days/week (including weekends); 9am – 6.30pm / 12.30pm – 10pm
• Salary: $2,760 per month
• Duration: 6-month (renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with the public to promote digital programs and address related inquiries.
• Provide guidance and assistance with mobile app usage, registration, and onboarding.
• Support the planning and execution of events and outreach activities at public locations.
• Keep accurate records and provide regular updates to supervisors.
• Ensure safety procedures during all engagements and events.

Job Requirements: 

• Singaporean only
• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience
