Communications & Change Management Executive

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Support planning and implementation of change management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and curate targeted communication materials for different stakeholder groups.
• Provide administrative and procurement support, including sourcing vendors such as caterers and event organisers.
• Assist in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of communication efforts through feedback mechanisms.
• Support advisory work on data governance, policy, and data management practices for data-related projects.
• Assist in reviewing external data requests and data-related contract clauses to ensure compliance with data protection and data-sharing policies.
• Support coordination of cybersecurity and data protection awareness initiatives, keeping staff updated on evolving threats and best practices.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in any field or its equivalent
