Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Work Type: 12-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 3,500 per month

What you will be working on?

• To assist the collections team during installation, deinstallation, rotation for both permanent galleries and special exhibition.
• To assist stocktake exercise of all the artefacts that are under the care of museum and the Collections stores and/or off-site stores with the Collection Managers.
• Ensure that artefacts are properly accounted for by maintaining up to date inventory data and movement records.
• To arrange logistic for incoming loans, donations, and/or purchase in preparation for the opening of the permanent galleries.
• General administrative duties as required within the scope of responsibilities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external contractors and/or various stake holders.
• Prepare and submit all procurement requests.
• To document and file/ e-file necessary related documents in Registry.
• Maintaining good preventive conservation and housekeeping practices in the transit stores and galleries.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in in Arts and Humanities or arts management.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
