Responsibilities
• Focuses on development and retention the existing clients; recruitment of new and potential ones.
• Contributes to the store business through excellent clienteling and reaching KPIs goals (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service.
• Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
Skills and experience
• Minimum 2 years retail experience preferably in Luxury Retail Industry
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Motivated team player with outgoing personality
• Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
• Able to work full time in shift hours is preferable
