The Job Role

Efficiently able to handle post fixtures operations such as negotiating claims and respond timely to e-mails

Ensuring all claims are properly submitted to Owners / Charterers within timeline

Liaising with Owners / Charterers to provide dispute resolution and negotiation for settlement

Will assist to send regular chasers to Owners / Charterers for agreements and responses

Ensuring all the claims are correctly and accurately updated into the data system

Generating demurrage reports from the system

Requirements

Min 2 years relevant working experience in Tanker Claims

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Meticulous, proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Basic understanding of the Charter Party and Shipping Terms
