Job Description

Apply food safety management systems for food service
Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting.
Conduct orientation and training.
Execute crisis management plan.
Ensure routine equipment maintenance is in place.
Conduct kitchen cleanliness and housekeeping for each station is acceptable.
Manage and supervise the preps production schedule.
Manage the workplace safety and health system.
Provide suggestions for minor modifications to food quality standards and standard operating procedures.
Schedule work activities according to production schedule.
Supervise cooking process.
Supervise packaging of takeaway food products.
Supervise, motivate, and empower staff.
Train subordinate on food storage, preps procedures and cooking technique.
