Job Summary

Process transactions accurately using the POS system while delivering friendly and effective customer service. Maintain a clean and organized store environment through housekeeping and merchandising tasks. Engage positively with customers and support afternoon and night shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer transactions accurately and promptly
• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Execute merchandising duties to ensure products are well-displayed and stocked
• Interact with customers clearly and courteously to address their needs and inquiries
• Work reliably during afternoon and night shifts to support store operations
