Call Centre Agent (Government Project)

You will be supporting a government initiative, handling enquiries from the public on key services and programmes. The role provides exposure to public sector operations, structured processes, and customer engagement in a high-volume environment.

About the role:
Commencement Date: May / June 2026
Location: Pasir Panjang
Contract: 6 months / 12 months, renewable
Working Hours: 5 days/week (rostered, including up to 1 weekend per week)
Shift: Morning / Afternoon shift (Rotating)

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound enquiries from the public (calls, LiveChat, Email)
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of queries
• Maintain service quality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
• Singaporean only
