Looking for Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop pricing strategies to meet market demand and organizational objectives.
2. Skills to identify and propose business opportunities.
3. Attend industry trade shows and networking functions to promote the brand and gather insights and monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Support clients with product knowledge information, which including
creates and conducts proposal presentations.
5. Attend company goal setting meetings and conduct training and develop strategies to meet company goals.
6. Source and engage new business partnership and potential clients.
Skills:
1. Strong understanding of retail marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market segmentation. Skilled in developing competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
2.Tracking current trends and formulating new business strategies
monthly.
3. Building strong customer relationship by handling customer
expectation in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
4. Create training materials, protocols and processes for the company
progression.
5. Guiding and training new staff of the company for the whole work flow process as well as handling dispute and complaints by the clients.
6. Participate in marketing and networking activities to gain exposure.
