Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies and implement activity plans to increase user retention and conversion rates.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business across categories offered
• Use value-based selling to effectively manage all aspects of a complex sales cycle

Qualifications:
• Diploma / Degree Holder
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Passion for Sales
