You’ll Be Working On
Product
Strategy & Vision
- Define product
vision, roadmap, objectives, and speed-to-market strategy aligned with
business goals
- Identify and
evaluate new opportunities and propose new capabilities
- Own and
prioritise the product backlog based on business value and customer impact
- Define success
metrics and continuously measure product performance
Stakeholder
Management
- Communicate
product strategy and roadmap clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Align
short-term plans with long-term goals across multiple teams
- Present complex
ideas concisely and proactively address stakeholder concerns
- Balance
stakeholder needs while keeping user and product outcomes central
Product
& Team Leadership
- Lead
cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and delivery roles
- Partner with UX
to plan research, workshops, and usability testing
- Analyse
requirements and support test case and process design
- Collaborate on
UAT and performance testing with quality and business teams
- Continuously
improve products in a cost-effective way
Data-Driven
Decision Making
- Use data and
analytics to guide decisions and measure impact
- Track key
metrics and user feedback to achieve quarterly goals
- Work closely
with teams to deliver products that meet business outcomes
Innovation
& Best Practices
- Apply industry
best practices and emerging technologies
- Promote speed,
simplicity, agility, and creative problem-solving
What
We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of
product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup
environment
- Strong written
and verbal communication skills
- Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven
stakeholder management and decision-influencing experience
- Track record of
delivering impactful products or features
- Ability to work
cross-functionally from requirements to delivery
- Comfortable
achieving stretch goals independently
- Strong learning
mindset and curiosity for new technologies
- Experience with
Agile and UX-driven development
- Data analytics
knowledge is a plus
- Experience
running workshops, focus groups, and sprint reviews
- Familiarity
with tools such as Figma, Miro, and JIRA
- Scrum Master or
Product Owner certification is a bonus
