Business Analyst (.NET / Jurong West)

We are seeking a Business Analyst (.NET) to support the delivery of enterprise digital solutions across web and system platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, while providing light project coordination support to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $7000 (basic) x 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct impact analysis and gap analysis for system enhancements and new implementations.
• Support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect management.

Technical & System Analysis (.NET)

• Analyse existing .NET applications, databases, and integrations to support enhancements and issue resolution.
• Define API, data, and integration requirements with internal and external systems.
• Review technical design documents to ensure alignment with business needs.

Project & Delivery Support

• Support project planning activities including scope definition, timelines, and dependencies.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate where necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
• Prepare project documentation and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Business Analysis & Project Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiar with SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and production releases.
