Business Analyst (AI / Product Operations)

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Business Analyst to support product operations for AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative digital products while ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.

• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $8,800 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

Product Operations & Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for product-related queries and support requests
• Manage user issues independently and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth product operations and service delivery

Data & Analytics

• Manage product dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics
• Handle BAU data requests and support reporting needs

User Onboarding & Engagement

• Support user onboarding and adoption of digital products
• Gather feedback and enhance user guides/documentation
• Act as a liaison between users and product teams

Product Enhancement & Business Analysis

• Support product roadmap planning and iteration
• Gather and translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct impact analysis and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance product capabilities

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Engage stakeholders effectively and manage multiple workstreams
• Support product launches, events, and communication initiatives
• Advocate for user needs (Voice of Customer)

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT-related roles
• Experience in full SDLC, preferably in Agile environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Generative AI (text-based) or AI-driven solutions
• Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP)
• Experience in areas such as Data Analytics, Cloud, CRM, or Service Design
• Exposure to consulting or development work
