Born from the same fire that built Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, People People Brewery is where great beer, wood-fired food, music, and community come together at Resorts World Sentosa. We’re a working brewery, smokehouse, and social space rolled into one.

Here, beers are brewed just metres from the table, the wood fire is always burning, and the space hums with good conversation, great music, and shared moments. From casual catch-ups and milestone celebrations to big sporting events watched together with a cold beer in hand, it’s a place to gather with friends, meet new people, and often stay a little longer than planned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Wort production on our 3 vessel semi-automated brewhouse.

• Packaging equipment operation and ‘ownership’ – someone who can take the reins and become the SME of our packaging department from opening.

• CIP and tank management.

• Centrifuge and filtration operation.

• 15HL serving tank racking, cleaning, and maintenance.

• Performing routine maintenance.

• Working collaboratively to deliver top-tier products.

• Adhering to safety policies and procedures—especially around cleaning and equipment use.

• Yeast husbandry and management

• Continuously developing your skills through learning opportunities.

• Following SOPs and helping to refine or implement new ones as we build the brewery from the ground up.

• Basic lab work (e.g. cell counting, PCR operation, ABV measurements).

• Maintaining quality control and assurance across all products and procedures.

• Accurate data entry and spotless record keeping.

• Regular, thorough cleaning of the facility and equipment.

• Supporting distillery production and packaging.

• Representing the brand and engaging with customers at events in-house and out in trade.

• Running brewery tours, tastings, and private beer events.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1 year commercial brewery production experience.

• A formal education in brewing, distilling, or a relevant field.

• Solid computer literacy (Excel, Word, and brewing software).

• A positive working attitude and strong work ethic.

• Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team.

• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• A strong and effective communicator.

• A strong passion for quality and consistency across everything you do.

• Physically capable of comfortably lifting 30kg repeatedly.

• Strong ability to learn, take notes, and follow procedures.

• Willing and able to adapt to a dynamic schedule with variable working hours.

• A people person.
