Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of facial and skincare treatments based on clients’ skin types, conditions, and concerns.

• Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations and provide post-treatment advice to ensure proper aftercare and client satisfaction.

• Assist in recommending suitable retail products, treatment packages, or add-on services to enhance client results.

• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes, skin assessments, and service history.

• Manage scheduling duties such as booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.

• Handle basic data entry and administrative tasks when needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of all treatment rooms, equipment, and tools according to SOP standards.

• Perform stock-taking, monitor product usage, and notify the management for replenishment.

• Address and respond to clients’ concerns, queries, and expectations in a professional and timely manner.

• Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic/spa workflow.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management to support overall business operations.
