Barista (Sentosa)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, inform them about menu highlights and promotions, respond to questions, and assist with ordering and payments.
• Preparing drinks and serving items to customers.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Update promotional boards, menu displays, and signage to feature new products or specials.
• Track items, restock display cases and back‑of‑house storage.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in food and beverage preparation.
• Background in specialty coffee is an added advantage.
• Passion for coffee and able to do story telling on the beans.
• Constant self improvement on coffee beans knowledge.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
