Backend Developer

We are seeking a motivated Backend Software Engineer who is passionate about designing and delivering robust and scalable backend systems. You will play a key role in building high-quality software solutions that support mission-critical government initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously enhance software applications.
• Enhance software quality by applying Scrum practices, including code reviews and unit testing
• Prepare interface specifications and architecture documentation to guide implementation and integration
• Follows Software Craftsmanship principles to ensure code quality and long-term maintainability.

To succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with at least two years of professional software engineering experience
• Familiarity with cloud-native tech, multi-paradigm languages, and clean, testable code following design patterns is a plus
• Experience with Java Spring, Angular, Apache Spark, or ETL, and designing/deploying apps on AWS (RDS, Glue, Lambda, MSK)
