Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test wire bonder machines according to engineering specs and customer orders.
• Troubleshoot and rectify machine issues.
• Prepare documentation for machine configuration/specifications and perform data entry into the central database.

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical or any Engineering field.
• Prior experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to commit to 12-hr day shift.
