Up to $2900/month + OT + Shift Allowances + Completion bonus

12-month contract + 1 month completion bonus (Extendable/Convertible to Perm)

Location: Serangoon | Mon–Fri + Alternate Saturday

Working Hours (Choose a fixed shift)

Morning: 6.45am – 3.15pm

Afternoon: 2.45pm – 11.15pm + shift allowance

Night: 10.45pm – 7.15am + shift allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test wire bonder machines to meet technical specifications
• Diagnose and resolve issues in semiconductor equipment
• Enter and manage system data accurately

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• Basic hand tools experience preferred
