Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and actively participate in design development meetings to define performance and technical scope of proposed new offerings, or the replacement of existing systems.
  • Organize project development meetings with relevant stakeholders, and ensure minutes are taken and follow up on action items.
  • Plan and organize project documentation, which includes overall project schedule, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), specific performance requirements, site drawings, system schematics and etcetera.
  • Develop and maintain detailed specification documents, drawings and BoQ, project deliverables, timelines, training requirements and etcetera, to be issued to vendor as part of project procurement.
  • During the procurement process, engage relevant internal teams in selection of vendors, evaluation of vendor returns, technical clarifications, and generating of required reports to support proper and thorough evaluation for award of appropriate vendor and scope.
  • Supervise and track execution progress of awarded vendor(s). Assist with all relevant applications and permits for vendor access to site. Organize internal support for installation activities as required.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant teams on project progress and organize clarification and/or progress meetings as needed.
  • Work with relevant teams to develop site acceptance tests (SATs)/list of deliverables and organize said tests and documents.
  • Collate all necessary project completion documents (SATs, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Testing and Commissioning reports).
  • Facilitate and organize training sessions and project handover with relevant teams.
  • Conduct post-installation review.
  • Track progress and gather approvals for payment stages.
  • Ensure team compliance with Workplace Safety and Health, show/event procedures, manufacturers’ guidelines, and applicable local regulations.
  • Perform any other tasks as required.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree, Diploma, or WSQ Equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical management, entertainment production, or theme park operations.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing technical teams and projects.
  • Possess a strong understanding of entertainment production processes, technical systems, and industry standards with hands-on experience in lighting, sound, special effects, automation, and show control systems.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and complete tasks in an acceptable timeframe.
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and potentially evenings, as needed to meet operational demands.
