Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Academic (Graduate Programmes)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Academic (Graduate Programmes) to support the end-to-end administration of graduate programmes. The role covers admissions, programme operations, student administration, examinations, events, and general administrative duties, working closely with faculty members and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth academic operations and positive student experience.

• Manage end-to-end graduate admissions, including outreach activities, applicant consultations, application processing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee programme management activities such as timetable planning, course registration, curriculum updates, enrolment projections, and budget planning and monitoring
• Provide comprehensive student administration and guidance throughout the student lifecycle, handling academic processes, cases, and programme-related enquiries.
• Coordinate examination processes including marks submission, verification, Board of Examiners preparation, and post-examination follow-up and appeals.
• Plan and execute graduate and university-wide events, managing logistics, vendors, and on-site support.
• Handle general administrative duties including procurement, finance processes, data management, and preparation of academic reports for management.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in academic administration.
