Assistant Manager (Scholarship Management, 11 months)

• Up to $3,400 per month
• 11-month contract with a Public Agency!
• Labrador Park MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end administrative support for scholarship operations, including handling public enquiries, supporting application and selection processes, and maintaining backend data records.
• Serve as the main point of contact for local and overseas scholars, managing academic and employment-related support cases while upholding high service standards.
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, Finance teams, and vendors to onboard new scholars and process claims, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements.
• Monitor programme compliance, ensuring adherence to scholarship obligations, objectives, and proper data management.
• Support the planning and execution of key events such as scholarship fairs, award ceremonies, and onboarding sessions.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in Scholarships Management.
• Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
