Assistant Manager (Procurement, Govt Sector) - Contract

• Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Support the migration of Schedule of Rates items from existing contracts into catalogue line items for the new ERP system (Workday/TenderBoard).
• Enter and validate data across databases and digital platforms.
• Review datasets to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
• Provide administrative and system support to ensure seamless delivery of Procurement services.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records, perform data backups, and uphold data integrity.
• Participate in system testing and assist with data migration activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant disciplines with 2 years of experience in handling high volumes of data.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with Government Procurement processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
