Assistant Manager, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships

• Plan and execute outreach and admissions initiatives to engage prospective students and support applicant selection and yield activities.
• Coordinate pathway and admissions programmes with faculty, partner institutions, and central offices.
• Manage day-to-day operations of leadership and student development programmes, including training, mentorship, and experiential learning.
• Provide administrative and operational oversight of outreach student groups, supporting student leaders in planning, governance, and risk management.
• Administer scholarship and award processes, including eligibility checks, briefings, disbursement, and outcome tracking.
• Support people, operations, and governance through staff supervision, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and management reporting.
