We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager, Human Resources to join our team!
As an Assistant Manager/Manager, Human Resources, we rely on you to:
- Provide Human Resources business partnering for a Resort and Attraction
- Perform talent acquisitions and coordinate recruitment and selection, ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Work closely with outsource payroll vendor for monthly payroll processing
- Ability to build and promote employee engagement activities
- Advocate for positive workplace culture and drive engagement initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members and managers on performance, development, and employee relations matters.
- Ensure HR policies are updated, compliant with local employment legislation
- Oversee HR reporting, analytics, and HRIS data accuracy
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in administrative, functions and processes for all employees include casual and contractors
- Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Understanding of human resources payroll processes and procedures and working closely with outsourced vendors
- Experiences in human resources operations and relevant experience as Human Resources Business Partner
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive HR initiatives end‑to‑end.
