Assistant Manager (Grant Management)

• Location: Pioneer
• Work Schedule: 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon-Thu) & 8.30am - 5.15pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $5,300
• Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance for proposal submissions, progress and final reporting, and ensure proper closure of research projects and accounts.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support in establishing contracts and agreements with individuals or organizations required for research activities.
• Oversee research accounts from award through expiration, ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements and school policies.
• Assist in the submission of grant variations.
• Offer secretarial support for review panel meetings.
• Collect and organize research data and statistics.
• Any other ad-hoc initiatives and assignments undertaken by the Office.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in Grant Management/Research Administration
