Assistant Manager, Digital Records Management

Drive digital transformation in healthcare records — lead e-Registry implementation and digitisation projects that modernise records management.

Duration: 12 months

Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $3800 Per Month

Job Scope:

• Review existing records filing structures and redesign frameworks for e-Registry implementation

• Support system development and monitor project milestones

• Drive records management best practices and promote compliance awareness across departments

• Guide stakeholders through the transition from physical to digital systems

• Oversee day-to-day digitisation operations and ensure timely project delivery

• Coordinate records preparation, including metadata tagging and file organisation

Requirements:

• Degree qualification

• Experience in records management or digital transformation projects

• Strong project management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
