Work location: Central

Working hours: Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $20 to $27 per hour

Job scope:

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Manage enquiries and feedback from licensees and operators.

• Support implementation briefings and transition enquiries.

• Liaise with IT to resolve system issues.

Compliance Support:

• Assist in investigations under related regulations.

• Consolidate documentation and process monthly cases (e.g. failed results, non-submissions).

• Retrieve, verify data, and highlight system improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
