Assistant Engineer (Documentation, No exp req)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Assistant Engineer - 1 year contract to support the digitalisation and upkeep of technical records. You will help review documents, maintain data accuracy, and support system improvements within the team.

Working hours: Office hour, Mon to Fri
Salary: $2,580 to $2,780 per month

Key Responsibilities

Data & Documentation

• Digitalise and update technical records in the company’s database.
• Review and cross-check diagrams, layouts, and related documents for accuracy.
• Maintain organised digital folders and ensure documents are kept up to date.
• Handle version control for technical files and updates.

Systems & Process Support

• Learn and use new digital tools for documentation and archiving.
• Support workflow improvements and help standardise data templates.
• Highlight any data or documentation issues to the team for follow-up.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline; Engineering Diploma is an advantage.
