Architectural Manager (Construction) - Up to $9,000 + Bonus

• Position : Architectural Manager (Construction) - Up to $9,000 + Bonus
• Location : Resort World Sentosa
• Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Engineering & Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and check shop drawings (in-house + subcontractors)
• Follow up with consultants for approvals
• Liaise with subcontractors to resolve technical issues
• Attend technical meetings and support coordination
• Inspect site to ensure works match approved drawings/specs
• Flag discrepancies/constraints and help resolve site detailing issues
• Track progress against schedule to meet timeline/budget
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building with at least 5 years of relevant working experience on construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Good technical detailing, specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, submission processes, and tender drawing preparation.
