ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

·      Assist in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development stages

·      Prepare architectural drawings, details, and documentation

·      Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution

Project & Contract Management

·      Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities

·      Assist in contract administration, tender preparation, and tender evaluation

·      Support site supervision to ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulations

Collaboration & Leadership

·      Work closely with the project’s Associate Director during design development and implementation

Participate in project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
