Application Support Specialist (SQL)

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a leading education institute.

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment support large scale systems.
• Salary package up to $5,500.
• Work location in the West - Hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support related to software applications or systems.
• Troubleshoot on log files, database queries, and conducting in-depth diagnose problems to determine solutions.
• Ensure all incidents are properly documented and escalated if necessary.
• Efficiently monitor and manage multiple support tickets while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Work closely with development teams, IT departments and vendors to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Helpdesk support experience with strong understanding of incident management and service request processes.
• Experience with SQL querying and troubleshooting of data-related issues.
• Working knowledge of REST API, system integration and automation.
