🧑🍳 Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values
- Be fully familiar with menu items, promotions, seasonal offerings, and membership programmes
- Set up tables and service stations for daily operations
- Take food and beverage orders using the ordering system
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently
- Portion food accurately according to dish standards
Service Leadership & Oversight
- Oversee multiple service stations during shifts
- Anticipate and address customers’ needs, resolving service issues with tact and professionalism
Manpower & Administrative Duties
- Plan and manage staff rosters, time-off requests, hand-punch records, and e-attendance updates
- Ensure sufficient staffing during shifts and promptly inform the Restaurant Manager of any manpower shortages
- Participate actively in the hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions
- Assist with restaurant administrative duties and documentation
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant F&B service experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and lead service operations in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with manpower planning, basic administration, and event coordination
- Responsible, proactive, and able to resolve service issues professionally
