F&B Guest Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the entrance and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Articulate menu options to guests, making recommendations and answering questions to enhance their dining experience.
• Host and engage guests while serving food and beverages, ensuring prompt and excellent service standards.
• Assist with wine decanting and provide wine service, offering expert knowledge and recommendations.
• Process food orders accurately and efficiently, operating a cash register and handling transactions.
• Replenish stocks, polish cutlery, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Interact with guests, providing a warm and memorable experience, and ensuring all guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements

• GCE O Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Crew in a fine dining environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a cheerful and positive personality.
