M&E Coordinator

Job Description

• Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-siteEnsure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
• Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with clients, consultations and subcontractors
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues
• Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
