Admin Officer (Temp)

• Entry-level
• Contract period: 2-3 months
• Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Hours outside of office hours will be compensated in off-in-lieu)
• Working Location: Bendemeer MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to senior staff (ADs/SrMs) in coordinating courses and programmes, including assisting trainers or facilitators.
• Support the planning and execution of projects and events.

Job Requirements:

• Self-driven, resourceful, and passionate about working with people; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in creating presentations, slides, and implementing creative initiatives; familiar with social media platforms.
• Willing to work on some weekends and weeknights; able to work effectively with colleagues.
• Good problem-solving skills and experience collaborating with colleagues.
